CAD/CAM Bars

At CRH Oral Design , all of our implant-retained overdenture and fixed denture are designed by our technicians using 3-D CAD technology and milled with CAM technology using Straumann, Atlantis and Panthera Dental .  

An implant supported prosthesis derives its entire support from dental implants. This type of restoration may be fixed (screw retained) or removable (attachment retained). Only a clinician can remove a screw retained implant supported overdenture, compared to an implant-supported attachment retained (fixed-detachable prosthesis) that can be removed by the patient or clinician. Fixed-detachable implant prosthetics sometimes need to have a mesiostructure such as cast metal framework over the bar to reinforce acrylic resin.
